Phattyo as most of us know was a Provisional Moderator
the Basic rules of the position is to be active, and be in charge when their is no other staff present.
Phattyo has not been seen for weeks, in this case its nothing personal but he has been Demoted back to his regular rank. that which was first given to him when he applied.
